Dr Ella Williams is a social anthropologist and international development consultant specialising in education, gender equality, youth participation and sustainability across North Africa

She leads applied research, evaluations and learning partnerships for NGOs, foundations and policy institutions, translating community-based evidence into programme design, advocacy and policy-relevant outputs. Her work combines long-term ethnographic research with collaborative methodologies to inform climate adaptation, Indigenous knowledge initiatives and inclusive development.
